Caprice Holdings operates some of London’s favourite restaurants, including Le Caprice, Daphne’s, The Ivy, Scott’s, J Sheekey, Rivington Grill, Bam-Bou, Mount Street Deli and 34. The group owns the iconic Birley members’ clubs, which include Annabels, Harry’s Bar and Mark’s Club. Our relationship with Caprice Holdings has evolved over a number of projects – and through a shared love of good food and drink, art and great environments. We have developed a number of products for the group, including the essential cocktail book for Balthazar with Brian Silva and marketing material for the restaurant 34 featuring the Tracey Emin Private Dining Room.
Caprice Holdings has a deep connection with the arts and culture. The group is intimately involved with both Masterpiece Art Fair and Frieze Masters, forming the heart of many a good conversation. The crossover between this audience and our Cultureshock reach makes this relationship an ever-expanding and developing one.
Balthazar Cocktail Book
The book is designed to allow the loyal followers and community of Balthazar, as well as new guests, to take the Balthazar experience home. Brian Silva’s cocktails are legends in London, and our book is designed to develop and cultivate the joys of making, mixing and drinking classic cocktails.
Caprice Holdings and Keith McNally wanted to celebrate the unique cocktails created by Brian at Balthazar London. This book was designed to show off Balthazar’s version of brasserie chic, while providing an easy-to-use guide to how to re-create Silva’s cocktails at home. The text carefully mixes Brian’s hints and tips with step-by-step recipes that allow his personality to come through while delivering exquisite drinks every time. Commissioned photography and a design that remains in-brand while having a distinct character bring Balthazar to life for each reader.
