In May 2010 Cultureshock Media, working with the Brunswick Arts group, relaunched the National Churches Trust Magazine, with a selection of some of our finest commentators and writers contributing to the first issue and its special focus on art in churches. Contributors included Tim Marlow, Rachel Campbell-Johnston and Tony Hall and the issue featured Jon Snow, Harry Christophers, Britain's hidden places of worship by Richard Surman and more.
The National Churches Trust promotes the conservation of church buildings for the use of future generations, and for projects that benefit local areas and the wider community, playing a part in the social and cultural life of the country.
The magazine is a beautifully designed, informative, inspirational and practical ‘how to’ magazine for Friends and would-be Friends of the National Churches Trust, as well as fundraisers, opinion formers and casual readers, and promotes the work of the Trust and its values.
Cultureshock Media also produced postcards for the National Churches Trust 'Ride + Stride' initiative, a country-wide scheme bringing ramblers and cyclists to places of worship across the UK.
